Despite the weather being a little cold and blustery we had a great turn out for the 400m championships. Congratulations to everyone who participated, in particular to Deb Jenkins and Kalem Bronner who placed first.
Congratulations to Judith McInerney and Denny Ford on winning the Garland 100m prize.
19 swimmers attended the St George Leagues Swimming Club carnival on Wednesday night. It was fantastic event and we had some great results for the club.
A big thanks to the team from St George Leagues Swimming Club for organising such a wonderful event.

Congratulations to everyone who participated in the 50m and 100m Club Championships with Deb Jenkins and Kalem Bronner winning the Female and Male events. The 200m and 400m Club Championship events will be held over the new few weeks.
The Piccone 50m event was hotly contested with Jon Jenkins and Elizabeth Whitcombe coming in closest to their tag times. Congratulations to both.
It was fantastic to see such a great turn out for the annual Diggers Shield Carnival at Gunnamatta Bay on Thursday night. We have over 90 swimmers from a variety of swimming clubs.
The Cronulla RSL Bubbles relay team took out the win in the 10 a side relay.

Our Gunnamatta Greys left the comfort of the bay on Friday and ventured out for their annual Manly swim at South Steyne Beach.
After the swim they settled in for a nice long lunch at the Manly Skiff Club.
